Pepco central plant optimization
Project approach: Utility-bill review and improved flow and temperature instrumentation established a baseline. The team then coordinated plant sequencing and integrated optimization with the existing controls.
Documented result: The source reports 5,370,000 kWh in savings for October 1, 2013–July 31, 2014.

Pepco data center upgrade
Project approach: Dedicated precision cooling addressed the room’s existing constraints. Rack-temperature zones, alarms and remote diagnostics connected environmental monitoring with power and UPS status.

Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania
Bryn Mawr College controls modernization
Project approach: A phased, five-year modernization beginning in 2003 used the campus network and wireless controls to work around masonry buildings while retaining compatible infrastructure.
Documented result: Approximately 3,000 existing control points were retained across the 50-building campus, according to the historical case study.
