Training employees is a big part of our investment in our people. In 2020,The Tustin Group became partners in a nationally accredited apprenticeship program to help build our technician pipeline and to advance skilled labor nationally. We offer both in house and outsourced professional and technical training, as well as tuition reimbursement programs. For our technical employees we offer tool account dollars so that they can always have the tools they need to do the job both effectively and efficiently without having to put money out of pocket.
