The security and reliability of company’s data center is a top priority. Pepco Energy Services relies on a network of mission-critical systems for almost all of its daily operations. Any loss of data from power outages could potentially cause inaccuracy and vulnerability in billing and audits with customers. Bryn Mawr College located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania embarked on a five-year plan to improve control of its HVAC operations and upgrade the efficiency of its systems. Tustin Energy Solutions identified a number of ways to customize their systems to maximize efficiency, and installed a carefully researched HVAC controls integration system that could integrate with the systems already in place. Today, the college not only has a fully automated HVAC controls system, it is leveraging that system to cash in on its power supply and using the money to fund a variety of conservation and sustainability efforts on campus.
