We are hiring for a Dispatcher in the Marlton, NJ area. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is a quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

Pay: $22–$25 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40hrs/week WHAT ACTION PLUMBING NEEDS FROM YOU:

Schedule daily service calls Dispatch technicians

Coordinate scheduled jobs with customers via phone and email Conduct regular follow-ups on jobs to be scheduled

Manage Preventative Maintenance schedules WHAT SETS YOU APART:

Dispatch experience in the service industry (plumbing, HVAC, construction, or trade background) Dependable, friendly, and confident with a career-minded attitude

Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills Quick learner with excellent memory and attention to detail

Strong decision-making abilities

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Customer service experience preferred
