In 1995 Tustin Mechanical Services became an American Auto-Matrix (AAM) Dealer for the Delaware Valley Region. The decision to become a control dealer was based on the desire to provide our customers with a solution to energy management needs. The decision to align Tustin Mechanical Services with American Auto-Matrix was based on the quality, flexibility and support of the American Auto-Matrix product line.

American Auto-Matrix has been a leader in the Direct Digital Control industry since 1979. The product line operates on open (non-proprietary) protocols and industry standards like BACnet. A single AAM controller can stand alone or it can be networked to multiple control devices. Every AAM device manufactured today can coexist with every AAM component produced in the past, making upgrades economical and fast. The system can be operated with the new powerful Windows based AutoPilot graphical user interface which includes such features as e-mail or digital text paging alarm notification and voice activated control changes.

Tustin Mechanical Services has installed hundreds of AAM devices in small buildings to large, single standing to networked campuses. Control of comfort heating and cooling, critical environment, and process is just the beginning. Security systems such as card access, video surveillance and fire protection can now be integrated.

Installation of an AAM system can provide the end user with energy savings, improvement of air quality, improved creature comfort, and security. Installed systems provide a quality return-on-investment as well as validation of a quality operation. Tustin Mechanical Services can also service, install and maintain other brand name DDC Systems such as Carrier Comfort Network, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Trane Tracer and Trane Summit.
