Tustin Mechanical Services was formed in 1992 with a vision of delivering high quality mechanical services in the areas of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) to building owners and managers. Our original vision has become a reality with a large number of well-recognized commercial, institutional, and industrial customers throughout the Tri-State Region, encompassing the Delaware Valley, the Lehigh Valley, Southern New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia.
In 2005, Tustin Mechanical Services’ three locations along with Tustin’s Water Services became known as The Tustin Group, to best represent our multi-market presence and expanded capabilities. In 2009 Tustin’s Energy Solutions was added to the Group.
In 2011, The Tustin Group was recapitalized in a transaction led by industry professionals Tus Sasser, Charles Reagan and executive members from the Aireko Companies (www.aireko.com) led by Josen Rossi. Through this transaction, The Tustin Group gained strengthened board leadership, financial resources and access to additional building services capabilities that further prepared The Tustin Group to meet current client needs and pursue future opportunities.
In 2013, The Tustin Group expanded its service offerings by adding Construction Services to the Group and in 2014, The Tustin Group again expanded its service offerings by adding a new office for the North New Jersey market via its acquisition of Quality Service Associates, Inc. and adding Fire Services to the Group, via its acquisition of the Tilley Fire Company, a fire alarm, extinguisher, sprinkler and suppression company with design, installation, repair and inspection capabilities. In 2015, The Tustin Group again expanded its service offerings by adding a new office for the Maryland/Washington DC markets via its acquisition of FPG.
The Tustin Group is equipped today to handle all of our customer’s building system needs, from design and installations to maintenance and repairs, and is the most trusted building systems expert in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.
